The temperature and humidity monitoring system is a systematic project to control and regulate the environment, so that the sensitive products are always under the preset low temperature environment, so as to guarantee the quality of goods and reduce the loss of logistics. The specific operating principle of temperature and humidity control system in cold chain logistics is as follows:

The temperature and humidity label will be loaded onto the container or the target item (box). After the shipment, the temperature and humidity of the item will be continuously recorded. Generally, there are two application modes. One is to upload the temperature and humidity curve at each intermediate site or destination at one time. The other is to set up GPRS real-time transmission equipment on the transport vehicle/ship, and the logistics management platform can continuously monitor the target goods. The only difference between the two models is that the latter, in real time, can be used to rescue some valuables, rather than just identifying damage. Of course, the active label identifies a particular package (container), and different packaging units within the same container can be monitored by installing multiple active labels.

The monitoring equipment can also be configured with a GPS module, and the monitoring center can localize and dispatch the container vehicles through GPS and GIS technologies.

If the temperature and humidity changes beyond a preset range, such as 20 ℃ ~ 30 ℃, the system will automatically give warning. If there is a record of curve is significantly less than 20 ℃, can according to this time query the corresponding location at this time and the external environment, in order to explore the appropriate temperature and humidity changes.
